围手术期患者术前焦虑水平及其影响因素

摘要： 目的探讨围手术期患者术前焦虑情况及相应的影响因素。方法以2019年1月1日至2021年5月31日在西安某医院需要接受择期手术的成年患者为研究对象在术前进行焦虑评估,采用描述性分析方法对评估结果进行分析,并使用单、多因素分析的方法对该人群术前焦虑的影响因素进行分析。结果本研究共对术前择期手术患者1 186例进行调查,男性617例,女性569例,年龄20 ~81岁,平均（50.08±13.46）岁。共有776例术前焦虑者,发生率为65.43%。轻度焦虑412例,占53.09%;中度焦虑233例,占30.03%;重度焦虑131例,占16.88%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示年龄≥40岁（OR=1.494、1.450、1.948）、女性（OR=5.058）、文化程度为初中及以下（OR=2.511、1.603）、预估手术时长≥3 h（OR=3.258）、疾病情况严重（OR=3.550）的择期手术患者具有更高的术前焦虑风险。结论接受择期手术的患者在术前焦虑发生率较高,建议对术前患者心理干预、服用药物等多种措施进行积极的干预,缓解过度的焦虑程度,提升患者的手术适应水平及预后效果。
