多因素logistic回归结果显示,女性(OR=3.242,95% CI:2.136~4.922)、未购买医疗保险(OR=2.384,95% CI:1.079~5.268)的人群患贫血风险更高,超重(OR=0.594,95% CI:0.433~0.814)、肥胖(OR=0.390,95% CI:0.247~0.616)的人群患贫血风险更低。结论 广东省成年居民贫血患病率较高,性别、购买医疗保险情况和BMI与贫血患病率相关。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the prevalence of anemia and its associated factors among adults in Guangdong Province in 2023. Methods Employing a cross-sectional design, this study utilized data from the 2023 Guangdong Provincial Chronic Disease and Risk Factor Surveillance survey. A total of 8 844 adult residents were selected from 14 surveillance points using a four-stage, stratified, complex sampling methodology. Data were collected through questionnaires, physical examinations, and hemoglobin measurements to analyze the prevalence of anemia and its potential determinants. Results The final analysis included 8 465 adult participants, comprising 3 525 males (41.6%) and 4 940 females (58.4%). The weighted prevalence of anemia was 11.6% overall, with a rate of 5.1% in males and 18.6% in females. Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that female gender (OR=3.242, 95% CI: 2.136-4.922) and lack of medical insurance (OR=2.384, 95% CI: 1.079-5.268) were associated with a higher risk of anemia. Conversely, being overweight (OR=0.594, 95% CI: 0.433-0.814) or obese (OR=0.390, 95% CI: 0.247-0.616) was associated with a lower risk of anemia. Conclusion The prevalence of anemia among adults in Guangdong Province is considerable. Gender, medical insurance status, and Body Mass Index (BMI) are significantly associated with the prevalence of anemia in this population.
